The billing details of a domain can be changed in two ways:

- Online, during the renewal process
- Change Billing Details Form duly filled in and signed;
- Copy of valid ID of the domain owner;


If you are changing all the billing details, the request and documentation, must be received by Aruba from the Owner of the Domain (Registrant) (with a copy of his/her ID). If the modification is partial and only concerns some information (company name or email address for example) the documentation can be sent by the holder of the billing details even if he/she does not correspond to the Domain Owner.
 
The Change Billing Details Form and the copy of the ID can be sent:
- via fax to the number +39 0575/862000

- or attached to a Ticket opened at Aruba Support

To fulfil your request, once the above documents have been received, Aruba reserves the right to request further documentation.
